namaste, pleasePlease note that there is no such shloka in bhagavadBhagavad-gita. you have mixed up couple of shlokas. also to say god made this or that is creationism theory which is not from our shashtras. in bhagavad-gita atma is said to be unborn, eternal, indestructible, immutable. also prakriti and purusha are both anadi - unoriginated.
