Others believe it to be after few years when Parikshit allowed the Kaliyuga to enter. Let's assume the former to be true. How that justifies the magic number of 36 in anyway? With due respect to this answer, arriving to above logic is similar of saying: "World War 2 (almost) ended with Hitler's death". As the Hitler was the major factor of WW2, Krishna was major factor of extending Dwapara Yuga till his death. Had Gandhari cursed 50 years, then Kaliyuga wud start accordingly. | |
