does Brihaspati (Jupiter) always win even though Shukracharya (Venus) is much smarter and skillful?

Is there any philosophy here that can be transferred to astrology when it comes interpreting relations and conflicts between individuals with ruling planets Jupiter and venus?

Does a well positioned Jupiter person always win in the end over a well positioned venus person? In essence what analogy of techniques can we infer that a person with Jupiter blessing take to do what fate has for him?

  • Because he is with Dharma (Devatas). Yes. It is said if Guru is strong, other planets can be subdued. – The Destroyer Mar 22 at 3:11
  • @TheDestroyer The question is also about how. – VS. Mar 22 at 3:51
  • @VS. What do you mean by Brihaspati winning over Shukracharya. There have been many battles between Devas and Asur's where sometimes Devas won and sometimes Asur's won. – Aby Mar 23 at 10:54
  • @Aby In the end Brihaspati wins and moreover always he does win. How and why this is the case indeed always true? – VS. Mar 23 at 10:55
  • @VS. There are times when Asur's have also ruled in Swarga for more time. And if you see the next Indra it will be Asur King Bali. So, I don't think it's only Brihaspati who always win. I don't see direct role of Brihaspati in Deva/Asur battles. Of course guidance is one thing but winning depends on lot more things. – Aby Mar 23 at 11:07
