So I was examining the names of Kubera in an attempt to answer the question, "Who is the supreme deity, Yakṣa form." Then, I realized literally all of Kubera's names have dark associations or subtext and would fit a stereotypical villain than a stereotypical deity. What's up with that? Are the Yakṣa just naturally dark and/or evil-like (not necessarily truly evil)?

I am especially talking about the ones in the Amarakosha Search i.e.

Ekapiṅga, Paulastya, Dhanādhipa, Manuṣyadharman, Tryambakasakha, Śrīda, Yakṣa, Vaiśravaṇa, Rājarāja, Guhyakeśvara, Aiḍaviḍa, Naravāhana, Kinnareśa, Dhanada, Yakṣarāṭ, Puṇyajaneśvara.

Dhanadhipa- king of wealth; tryambakasakha- friend of Shiva; Srida- giver of wealth; vaisravana- son of Vishravas muni; rajaraja- king of kings; yakska- because he’s a yaksha; guhyakeshvara- lord of Guhyakas (like Yakshas); aidavida- son of idavida; kinnaresa- lord of Kinnaras (like yakshas); dhanada- giver of wealth; yaksharat- king of Yakshas; punyajanesvara- lord of good people; manushyadharman- establisher of human Dharma. Sometimes he is carried by humans and hence known as Naravahana. Where’s the darkness in these names?
