When we think of epics in Hinduism, we usually think of the Mahābhārata or the Rāmāyaṇa. However there are a bunch more epics that are suggested to exist somewhere, but not retold to humans.

The most obvious one is the story of Bharata, of which only snippets are known, however, they clearly seem to be part of a larger story. We even know how the very broad details of how it plays out. Bharata's early life is happy and his family are happy, but eventually, something goes horribly wrong and Bharata becomes mad and bitter, as shown in the Viṣṇu Purāṇa. He obviously goes through a lot to make him both highly intelligent and for a lack of a better word emo.

Anyway, do these ungiven epics ever get names?
