A systems biologist and coding enthusiast, I like to explore newer methods and tools for data analysis and visualisation. I always find data visualisation a fantastic way to understand what data means. I work basically on biological data and in the area of neuro-degenerative diseases. I wish to find solutions that alleviate symptoms associated with these pathology. I don not say I will find cure because it's too far fetched towards fairy tale and I like reality.

A lover of Python language and Linux platform, I posses the knowledge of PANDAS tool for data analysis. Machine learning is another area which fascinates me and I have used it for building prediction tools from biological data.
