If I achieve perfection in this existence I will certainly forever change this world.

Every individual should try to achieve perfection, which is indistinguishable from achieving the highest enjoyment, knowing the absolute truth, or uniting with God.

If they cannot do this they should try to think of the unborn in a personal or impersonal form, and have good thoughts, speech, and actions.

Otherwise one's birth will be as wasteful as taking birth as a chimpanzee, wandering around aimlessly just like an animal.
