It is known from research/work of several organizations in the world, one in ten people have atleast had one Out-of-body experience.

An out-of-body experience (OBE or sometimes OOBE) is an experience that typically involves a sensation of floating outside one's body and, in some cases, perceiving one's physical body from a place outside one's body (autoscopy).

Are there references or explanations in Hindu texts about these experiences that humans can have?

PS: Also, while OBEs may feel like dreams, they are not. So question is not about dreams or interpretating them.
